Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. All approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
