At M8H9, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or personal preference.
We recommend reviewing product descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to purchasing.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS (FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS)
Where a return is approved, items must be returned in their original condition, including unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging attached.
Returns may not be accepted if items show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or contamination that prevent resale, including stains, odours, makeup, fake tan, pet hair, or similar marks.
RETURN APPROVAL
All return requests must be assessed by our team before being sent back.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label where applicable.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
